In film, the term ‘auteur’ describes a film maker that injects their style into to all aspects of a film. Films by auteurs are easily identifiable as the work of an individual despite the collaborative process behind the scenes. These cards give an insight into the work of six auteurs (Anderson, Boyle, Burton, Fincher, Kubrick and Tarantino) and provide information regarding their directorial techniques and the technical specifications behind their work.
